Oil change Service appointment takes 5 hours. I was having trouble getting the back seats to engage when they were down. The technicians came back with a statement saying that they aren't suppose I was having trouble getting the back seats to engage when they were down. The technicians came back with a statement saying that they aren't suppose to engage. I knew that to be wrong since i have engaged them for the last 2 years. Jose believed me and took me to a salesman who agreed with me and then we went to an HRV on the lot and it proved me right. Jose took that information back to the technician and after a long time came back out and said yes they are to engage and I will show you what went wrong. The problem is solved. When the car was less than a year old I had a tire that was going flat and I brought it in to you. The technician said that there was no nail and he put more air in it. The next day it was flat again. I took it to Benedetti Tire company and they found a nail in it and fixed it. I am at a place that I don't trust your technicians anymore and may not come back. The other problem is the time taken. I had an appointment and was there on time. I waited 30 minutes to be served. Three hours later my car was ready but I didn't get out of the service area for one hour and 30 minutes more because of the back seat problem. Jose was not at fault. He was a good problem solver. There was a discrepancy regarding the quoted price. The internet pricing was totally misleading. At the dealership, what I was initially told, was not the final price I was given. When I explained it to a manager, his response was, if you're not happy, don't buy the car. There was a $500 difference between what I was lead to believe and what the end price was. The manager reduced the price $200. Manly is a multi-million dollar business. The manager should have honored the initial price. The internet salesman was very nice; I don't want him to be blamed or have consequences. More

Buying a new car is not a quick and easy process but I can honestly say that for me, it was mostly a pleasant one. We got a great deal on a new Honda Civic. Absolutely love my new car, love the service we received and would definitely recommend Manly Honda to my friends! A side note: Beejan was a very nice guy and I'm sure he's excellent at what he does but I just wasn't interested. He's the finance guy who tries to sell you more stuff before you sign the papers. I gave my experience with him an average rating because it was a typical, predictable experience. More
