After waiting a total of 35 minutes I walked inside, and had to wait an additional 10 minutes while my service rep worked with another customer. One plus - I requested a rental car and they had that ready for me. I do wish the service center cleaned cars after service. The last Honda dealership did this. More

When I called Manly Honda, Wayland was great in trying to get a good deal for me. I told him my budget and payment goal. He called me back after finding great Honda incentives and other discounts. The price was right. So when we arrived. Wayland stayed true to his word about the deal. I was amazed because I've always experienced differently...ie. "Bait and Switch" Afterwards, Dave, the finance manager finalized everything. He explained other products available, however, no high sales pressure to buy them. Both Wayland and Dave are a perfect 10 in customer service. . More
Thumbs Up! Friendly and to the point as we were just going to look that evening and stayed after hours after deciding to get vehicle that evening. Situation: had a flat and bought a new tire. Good point: got the hole in tire while driving in and person from sales drove me to service with the flat. Very helpful, as first time visit and had chosen the wrong entrance. There is an island that protrudes out somewhere between the service and sales dept. and I clipped the end of it when making a left turn not knowing where I was going. Was only coming in for an oil change. More

Easy car buying experience I knew that I was on borrowed time w my high mileage "now" old car had no working a/c. I got an email from my union who was having a Memorial Day car sale and found the Prius C I have been looking for at Manly and emailed for an appointment a few days later. Tom showed me exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the process. I was given a great deal without the back and forth negotiations I dreaded. I could hardly wait to pick the car up after it was detailed. With both Tom and Steve's help I even was able to have the car exterior sealed.
