We traveled to Manly Honda, but were wary of coming across the same attitude as experienced from the previous dealership. We were greeted by Tony and we were immediately put at ease with his calm, courteous demeanor. He was informative, answered all questions and concerns, and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. This same customer service carried over to our meeting with Tom in finance. We never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we've ever come across. Thank you. More

Two other sales rep came up to me to make sure i was comfortable was offered drinks and asked if i needed anything as i waiting.Everyone there was very kind. Once i got to the closing room with Dave. He explained to me some option i could take advantage of to care for my car. I never felt pressure at all from the sale of my car to the closing of the sale.. I ended up purchasing 2015 silver CRV .. Understanding I am trying to surprised my 16 year old daughter, Cory helped me out in getting a "big" red bow for Jenna. I understand that this is business and that Cory has to do good Manly, but from what I see and read from other responses, your team really TRY to SATISFY the customer..... Horrible finance department I had a great expirence dealing with Sean purchasing my Honda. Where things went bad was dealing with the finance manager. He's been horrible. A week after I left with my car I started getting harrassing calls stating they need to change my terms to get financed. He even started threatening me about my credit union coming after me for full payment for other bills that have nothing to do with them. I am not happy with this dealership! More
