I will always be selecting him as my service coordinator! My only complaint is about the website/email reminders. I got the reminder for service, scheduled the appointment and had the service done... but I'm still getting emails to remind me to schedule. But that's what the delete button is for, I guess. But it would be nice if the two programs could link up and stop the repeated reminders after the service had been complete. Other than that piece... I have been impressed with every interaction I've had with anyone at Manly Honda. Side note: with all of my previous vehicles I never had regular servicing done on any car. We bought a 2017 CR-V Touring model and it is a beautiful car so far. Had it 4 days or so. The entire process of buying the car was very good - Chris was very knowledgable about the car and how to operate it. he also answered our many questions about the car and its price well. The pickup process was very slow - seemed to take longer than it should have; but on the other hand they were short a couple of needed people so that would explain the waiting. Overall, not bad and the car was delivered in great shape and very clean. One small suggestion that we might have would be to put a little less emphasis on the extended service warranty packages that were offered. More

Quick and easy I took my car in to have a part replaced. They said it would take 45 minutes. They offered to give me a ride, but I decided to stay and wait.
