Neil Stanley was wonderful - he was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, welcoming and very helpful and accommodating. I hope my Honda lasts for many, many years, but I'd want to work with Neil again if I were buying a new car. My very only negative feedback is that I felt pressured by the finance person to purchase the added service contract. It had already been a long day and I was in his office for a long time saying no, and being met with arguments for every one of my reasons for declining. He actually showed some frustration at the fact that I continued to decline. Then he brought in the finance director to do the exact same thing. They were nice enough, but I really wish dealerships wouldn't do that to customers. I'm already spending a lot of money, and I wish they would respect my original answer. Finally I gave in because I was actually really uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. I left feeling like they "won" and got me to do something I didn't want to do. More

Searching for an Odyssey Touring, I contacted Honda Dealers throughout the SF Bay Area looking for a value price and got it immediately with the perfect exterior color from Cory. He stayed in touch to arrange a visit and sale at the dealer. As we proceeded through the sale, Cory introduced us to his associate, Julie who took charge and treated us with care and good humor. Truly, it was the best time we could have imagined purchasing an auto. These two Manly representatives are superb, engaging, knowledgable, funny and fair. They shepherded us through the BUY process and we left happy, proud and relaxed. Cory spent about an hour insuring we knew the car at delivery. Five Star Treatment! More
