After talking to Ray on the phone I was given the bottom line great price, no back and forth haggling. Ray was very personable and made the process of buying a car easy. Paul had given me a very generous offer for my trade in as well. A week later I had a problem with my new car. It ended up not being the fault of Manly as my car had been traded to them from another dealer. While installing the license plate frame on the rear trunk lid, they had missed the plastic tabs and sank the screws directly into the sheet metal. I called Ray and within a day he had Bill Petty in service give me a call. Instead of trying to do a patch up job they replaced the entire trunk lid. To my surprise Bill had his technicians replace the trunk lid same day. I was given a loaner car for the day. For my troubles of having a fault trunk lid and for driving long a distance to have the problem fixed, Ray and Paul compensated me for my troubles. As for my car, we absolutely love it. Honda hit a home run with the new re-design of the Civic. So roomy and spacious and plenty of power. It feels like it's the size of a Accord and the Honda Sensing Package and Apple Car Play make driving fun again! I would recommend anyone buy from Manly, and knowing I have more choices with Manly's different manufactures under their belt, I will surely buy from them again. More

Here is our story....In late July 2017 we ordered a TWO wheel drive Forest Mist Ridgeline with accessories. Running boards, splash guards,tow package with harness and all season floor mats. The truck arrived Oct.11 at Manly. We got the call that it was in on Sat. Oct. 15.(three or four days later). When we arrived to see the truck(20 mins. later), it still had not been through detail and it DID NOT have any of the accessories put on at the factory. So we will be back Mon. to take ownership. Meanwhile my wife noticed that the truck was a All Wheel Drive. I was too excited to notice. That was $1800. that we didn't have. If we wanted the truck, we had to come up with the $$$$. Manly said they do not order accessories of the factory...? Why did they offer them??? We tried to dicker with them. NO go. We walked out! 30 mins later. Our salesperson call us. Said they found a 2wd in our color and could have it in to days. BUT, it had $4000. worth of accessories. That was way over our budget. We would take the Ridgeline that we ordered if they would give us the running boards and splash guards. They agreed if we paid 15% for them.. NO! So we finally agreed with just the running boards($600.) The truck cost us more than we wanted. But we needed it. There were some problems with the truck. That is where Dave Ashby(service) came to the rescue. Had all the problems fixed. BUT one. The big run in the paint on the drivers side door. I'll keep that to show how bad the paint is!... More

By the afternoon we were driving home in a beautiful 2016 Pilot and could not have been more pleased with our service! J.R. Mazola was attentive, kind, and thorough in our car buying process! We looked at new and used and J.R. Was knowledgeable and when he wasn't sure he took the time to make sure his answers were right which I truly appreciated. We never felt rushed. He took the time to truly make us comfortable and it did not feel like a high pressure situation at all. My husband and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to head to Manly and ask for J.R.! He has been wonderful about follow up and always quick to answer any questions. A+!!!!! Luke and Lindsay were great. GoT MY REGULar scheduled lube etc. haD a Burning smell in air conditioner, thought it would be expensive fix. I even went in grumpy once and left feeling better because the folks there make you feel like your experience is important. This is the kind of customer service the nation is sorely lacking everywhere else, old school personal attention, where people that help you are genuinely interested in your concerns and your curiosity about the services and politely treat you professionally. It's not just one guy who impressed me; I have had four different customer service guys take care of me in the past year, and every one was a gem. But one in particular stands way out; I had a recent great experience with Bill Robertson. He was extremely helpful and accommodating and made my experience pleasurable. He explained things very well and offered me options without a hard sale, we had a couple of laughs, and he twice mentioned that if he wasn't available upon my return to pick up the car, where I was to go to get taken care of. The guy is so pleasant that I think I'd want to choose him to take care of me any time I come in! Thanks Bill! More
