Poor Service Process I went to Manly Honda for a simple oil change, had a 2:45 appointment. First, there are 3 service rep desks as you walk in, but you can't go to them, I went to Manly Honda for a simple oil change, had a 2:45 appointment. First, there are 3 service rep desks as you walk in, but you can't go to them, as you need to walk behind them to another service desk. They make you wait for a service rep, who finally came out to check me in at about 3:15. Then they hand you off to another service rep. The simple oil change was finally done at about 5:00. It just seems like a waste to have so many people involved in the process. And the service took much longer than it should. It wasn't that the service rep, Bill, did a bad job. The service process was just very convoluted. More

We had just begun to start looking and he stayed with me every step of the way. Within 48 hours of my first email we we were driving our brand new silver Odyssey out of the lot. Neil was so personable, helpful, and professional. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive. Neil went on to explain all of the new features and even set up our Bluetooth. Since we are older we needed that extra help and he didn't hesitate. We also had a great experience with the finance manager. He explained all the extra options available to us in a concise manner.
