Julie and Thomas in Finance went above and beyond in getting us the car we want and helping us secure fantastic financing. Never did we feel any pressure to buy or add something on, and Julie was really kind to our 2 year old son which meant a lot. I usually don't really like buying a car because I feel like i am being pressured the whole time but I didn't feel that way with Julie. Even when we were considering the higher end package (my husband wanted it, I didn't), Julie really listened to our needs and didn't pressure us either way. In fact, she thought that the higher end package was probably unnecessary. My husband works in sales and we both really appreciate a salesperson who listens to the needs of the customer and trying to match the perfect product instead of just trying to up sale. Overall, it was a very easy and just great buying experience. I really appreciate how hard Julie worked to get us all set up with our new vehicle. More

I have always been extremely satisfied with the both customer service and the quality of care my car has received. I am thrilled that Ted is back and I trust him explicitly to give me and my car exactly what we need at a reasonable price. My car is now 15 years old and has clocked over 170,000 miles. I plan to keep driving it for at least another 100,000 and trust that Manly Monday service will help to make that a reality! More
