Our sales associate, Martin Garcia, was not only industrious in his efforts to locate the vehicle, but totally faithful in providing updates each time anything new was known as to the anticipated delivery date. As we had an auto to sell, and being able to do so just two days before the new vehicle was to be delivered to the dealership, and then prepped for us to pick up, made this exchange totally seamless and successful. Paul Ciardello made the final pricing process just the way one would hope -- fair and friendly. And our move through the final paperwork and finance was a smooth process thanks to Tom Henchel's efficiency. All in all, having bought over a dozen cars throughout my life, this experience was, all around, the most pleasant of all.
