My experience at Honda Mario was a great salesman! He gave us the car we wanted at a decent price and was happy the whole time. He gave us attitude the whole time and could only offer "it's the law" or "you don't have to buy the car" as an explanation when asked about the fees we were confused about. After he called Miguel, because we were "blowing up" it was clear he should have been the one to talk too since the beginning. He was calm and explained everything we were considered about. He definitely cared about our experience at Honda. If it wasn't for Miguel, we would have been too frustrated and maybe even walk out. More

Nice people and good service I've been going to Manly for seven years now and been happy with their service department even though they sometimes try to sell you more service tha I've been going to Manly for seven years now and been happy with their service department even though they sometimes try to sell you more service than you need. But they ARE a business, so no big deal to me. Yesterday I finally got the driver's side airbag replaced (hurrah) and turned in my rental car which I was driving for almost three months (another hurrah). I decided to get an annual service while I was there and opted to have the headlight lenses on my Fit cleared of road wear and the job they did was pretty good but with a small section of the job not finished. I didn't take the car back because the time spent for them to fix that (small) thing wouldn't be worth the time, and the lenses are improved to the point where they function much better. The other thing was that I had to be a bit of a "squeaky wheel" to make sure I got my drive back home during the airbag replacement and maintainance, and that saved me waiting an extra hour. So...if you are going to get your car worked on make sure you get there a half hour before the top of the hour to make sure you can get your ride. I was told when I made the appointment that fifteen minutes before would be fine...not true. They are particularly busy right now with the airbag recalls. Basically I really like these folks... More

The next day I got a text and several calls saying tha tI was approved for the Chrysler 300 and when did I want to pick it up? EXCELLENT! I ran down their to Manly Honda and met Ray, Mikes other half of the Amazing dealership who together made my trade in work and I left in two hours with the car I had only dreamed of previously. I loved that Mike and Ray go ABOVE and BEYOND just selling cars. Mike and Ray are professional, forthright, fun, and know what they are doing and help you move through a large purchase gracefully and informed. I will be back when I need to upgrade or purchase another care. They are FIVE STARS as individuals and when they work as a team. Miek and Ray truly are the foundation of sales man at Manly Honda! I can't say enough good things about both their sales staff and their service department staff. They are professional, low key, knowledgeable and concerned about you and your car. Most recently, I worked with Mark Sizemore while buying the CR-V. He wanted to get me the package that would work for my needs. Once again, calm, professional and concerned for my needs in this vehicle. I might add, nothing is hidden. I asked him to calculate the out the door price for this vehicle and he did.
