Buying a car because "you have to" versus because "you want to" has been a very stressful financial and emotional experience. I was very set on finding a 2015 White Honda Pilot. It was not easy. With the help of my brother in law and the Internet, we were able to locate one at Manly Honda and immediately made an offer thru Mark via email. Initially communicating thru e mail was less intimidating and a much more comfortable buying approach for me. Mark's immediate and courteous replies were greatly appreciated! Furthermore, I was even more pleased with the buying experience in person. Mark was very kind and friendly. There was no pressure from Mark at all and no haggling in the process. Finalizing the sale with Hasan's help was greatly appreciated as well! Hasan was very thorough, informative, courteous, and made the last step of the buying process very quick and easy for us. They were both very mindful of the time and distance we travelled to make our purchase. It was definitely worth the drive to be met with great customer service by these two individuals!
