Stressful, disappointing. Service was terrible. Arrived at the service dept. on Saturday 7/1/16 at 3:50 pm, due to a dead Honda battery that was installed by this service dept. I was approached by a service representative named Dave ? He was very rude, unprofessional, not paying any attention, and stated "I am sorry, everyone has left for the day. I can't help you, you have to come back on Tuesday the 5th." I approached the desk to inquire how late the mechanics worked, was told "they leave at 4:00 pm, and the service department closes at 5:30 pm." I told the person at the desk named Janell that it was 3:50 when I came in and was confronted by service rep. Dave who refused to help. Janell told me to wait until she went and spoke to someone about the situation and the battery was finally changed, and I left as a very unhappy and disgusted long time customer of Santa Rosa Manly Honda. This was not a very good customer service and representation of your service department. More

I filled out an online form and got a responce right away from Ray Martin. From the very start of the process, Ray was professional, to the point and honest. He was not the typical "car salesman" that makes car shopping such a chore. I would highly recommend Ray, so much so, that I sent my son to Ray to purchase his car. Any future car purchases I need to make will be through Ray. More

I thought it would mostly be a simple matter of getting acquainted with details of the car and then paying for it. But, despite the fact that this was the 4th car we have purchased from Manly, we had to painstakingly have all our details entered into the computer and wait around for an hour and a half before actually paying for the car and learning details. It was a three and a half hour event that should have taken half that time. More

An Excellent Experience This was our third vehicle purchase from Manly Honda and it was as easy and pleasant as the first two. We had let the dealership know that we wanted t This was our third vehicle purchase from Manly Honda and it was as easy and pleasant as the first two. We had let the dealership know that we wanted to see the new Ridgeline when it came out, and we were noticed a week ago that it was available. We visited the dealership to check it out, even though we we are not ready to part with our 2013 model. We were assisted by Tony Tawasha, and asked him what was available in a 2013 or 2014 CR-V, as we were thinking about replacing the 1999 CR-V that we tow behind our motorhome. He brought several out for us to check and we selected a 2014 to buy. He was most accommodating and easy to deal with in all aspects of the sale. Our finance guy was Hassan Gadiri, who handled the purchase very well, explaining each step clearly to us. He was a pleasure to deal with. Since we had not planned to buy a car that day, our trade in was at home. I drove it to the dealership the next morning and took the service shuttle home. While waiting for the shuttle, Mandi Sumner made sure that I had fresh coffee and a snack. She is a real asset to your service department. Overall it was a great experience. More
