We purchased the ceramic coating, as well as a couple of touches on the vehicle were promised to us. We made an appointment and we left the car for two weeks after we picked up the vehicle we noticed there was nothing done. I contacted Ryan again to schedule a new appointment and we left the car another week and everything was done. Imagine if we didn’t notice there was no ceramic coating applied to the vehicle. We would’ve paid $1500 for nothing! I picked up our vehicle and on my way home I noticed the driver's side blinker light bulbs were both out. I replaced them myself thinking not a big deal. We’re all human!! After my wife drive the car for a while she mentioned that she heard some noise. Sounds like the car needs brakes and I was like it’s not possible as we just got the vehicle. After less than 3000 miles on the vehicle, my wife refused to drive the vehicle as she was concerned about her and our kids' safety. I was busy and I didn’t pay attention to the matter thinking we just need to clean the brakes or something like that. Finally, I’ve reached out to my local shop to take a look at it for them to notify me that we need brand new brakes, as well as a new set of rotors in the back of the vehicle. The shop mentioned that our brakes were running bone on bone with the rotors, causing them to get damaged. I have paid almost $500 to fix this issue and I’ll be following up to make sure that doesn’t happen to anyone else as it’s a matter of safety by the state of California selling a vehicle without checking the brakes.
