When we point things out during an inspection, we also owe you clear explanations and confidence in what you’re seeing, and it’s clear we fell short there. Your feedback about the inspection video, the fluid condition, and the filters is important. A multi-point inspection should never feel rushed or incomplete, and it certainly shouldn’t leave you feeling brushed off with a “looks good.” That’s not acceptable, and I appreciate your honesty about it.
