Recently I bought Honda Accord 2022 from Robert McMullin in Manly Honda Santaroza last weekend I was there, I had appointment with Corry and I wanted to talk to him and get advise. But Robert got my car key and took the Registeration paper without my permission and didnt give me back. I contacted with him several times first he said he didnt take it!!! Then he said sorry I did??? He said come over here and take it, I dont know why It was not my fault and I am working every day in San Rafael its far away,I dont have time. I asked him politely to mail it for me as soon as possible. Unfortunately He totally ignored and not respond. This is not professional act and is not good for the company reputation, please follow up this issue. Driving the car without Registration is dangerous. More
