We were having our 60K servicing and was taken care of by Manly Service Advisor Yuritzi Arciga. Yesenia was pleasant to deal with and very straightforward- no surprises! She saw my car for sale on Craigslist and made an offer. I came in for routine maintenance, They missed a critical component check. Car stalled in a dangerous neighborhood. The Dealer checked off the "looks good" box for the battery but 2 days later the car stoppe component check. Car stalled in a dangerous neighborhood. Manly should have caught it. People are very nice, shop was very and well organized, but I have a feeling they rushed my car through w/o thoroughly checking something critical for the car to operate. I wasn't impressed with my sales rep as he was completly detached but i was sure i wanted a Honda for sure so i made the purchase.
