My keys were not ready until 3 o'clock, having to wait for 4 hours is absurd to me. my appointment should not have taken longer than an hour!!! More

My new service rep. America was excellent. I bought the car in April it was the first oil service and tire rotation. She got me in and out in and hour and 20 mins as I waited in the waiting area.
