Staff were were very friendly, courteous, and professional, but the shop work was sloppy. I brought in my 2021 Insight for it's first scheduled maintenance and it was returned with greasy fingerp professional, but the shop work was sloppy. I brought in my 2021 Insight for it's first scheduled maintenance and it was returned with greasy fingerprints in two places on the white interior. Disappointing. More
