Service advisor was pleasant, courteous and respectful. Salesman Adam is outstanding. Finance Dept is pretty good too. The group in charge of cleaning the vehicles, ehh, pass. The sales staff at 6p on a Thurs, abysmal. Bill in Parts determined that the roof rack and cross bars were in stock when I walked in without an appointment last week. This was pretty amazing since I saw the dealership from the REI parking lot and bars were in stock when I walked in without an appointment last week. This was pretty amazing since I saw the dealership from the REI parking lot and was trying to figure out how to get a roof bike rack and storage box. Then, Susan somehow convinced the manager at 2 pm that installing the roof rack was important to me. I was on my way 3 hrs later with a brand new roof rack on my way back to REI the bike rack and box. Way to do business Manly Honda. Might consider driving up from the San Joaquin Valley to buy my next Honda! More

That was the smoothest oil change experience ever. America was great, the car was ready in an hour and the Lyft home (which I didn't actually need,) was so much better than waiting for a shuttle.
