We have only been to this center twice since buying our Honda pilot several months ago. Each time has taken significantly longer than the time quoted. Our Pilot is fairly new so it had nothing to do with e Honda pilot several months ago. Each time has taken significantly longer than the time quoted. Our Pilot is fairly new so it had nothing to do with extra work needed on the vehicle but everything to do with poor time management. The first time, I figured "things happen" after all, it was only an hour. This time, we were quoted two hours for an oil change. It took FIVE! Not sure I will be bringing our vehicle back here. More
