America was very helpful and communicated well about the service on my car. She also made sure that I could get a rental while the car was in service for a couple of days. Service was fine, but when I picked the car up it was not washed. I had to ask why not, I was just given an excuse. It would have been better customer service if someone would tell me it wasn't washed, espec washed. I had to ask why not, I was just given an excuse. They also could have offered a wash voucher or something. More
