This will probably be the last time I take my vehicle here. Not recommending to my family and friends. Very Poor communication, I understand it wasn't the service representatives fault. I had to be calling to check in about my car, because although it took longer than expected, it was promised at a certain time. Then at the end there was an issue with it, all in all it took over 6 hours to do an oil change. And "repair" 2 lug nuts because they were too tight they had to break them off, which they did last time I serviced my vehicle there.. they are the only ones that have touched it.. Then the next day, my car was driving odd, it marked my tire pressure sensor. I took it to a local tire shop, because God knows I am not going back to manly honda so they can find something wrong with it and charge me an arm and a leg. And 3 of my tires were filled way too much at 43 psi and one was at 20 psi. That is unbelievable. And no one to complaint to, because all they will say is my bad, sorry about that, here's a free car wash though. Horrible service, you guys used to be the best in town. More
