Jose did an excellent job determining the cause of the engine light warning. In addition he researched the fact that it was on extended warranty, which I appreciated. Recently got my 3rd vehicle from Manly. Service is always great, and the real showstopper is the OG Honda they have displayed at the entry really tells you that they know a thing or 2 about Hondas. There is a couple of reasons why I would not recommend the center, starting off with the lines. I understand with COVID the whole situation on lines changed with the spacing and all but there is no way to the center, starting off with the lines. The first time I got there, there were no signs on where to park or where to stand for help, only if you were there for someone specific. Don’t get me wrong, I understand they’re busy but someone stood by the door next to me and was attended first because there was no order. Second off, the first appointment I made I told them I wanted to do a regular oil change and service as well as get my camera recalibrated. They told me over the phone and when I went in that they would look into it but it wasn’t until I got my keys back that they told me it would have been impossible to do it that day and that it would be an appointment I would have to set up separately?? Lastly, I appreciate the service department and I don’t mean to say that it is in any way their fault, I’m sure they’re overworked as everyone has been since the pandemic started, but both times I went to pick up my car they handed me the keys and told me to look for it in the parking lot. One of the times I had to go all the way to the back where the cars were being serviced to get to my car. The first time it was no issue since I saw they were busy but when I went again I saw other people have their cars pulled up and were getting helped more courteously and I felt pushed aside. I do appreciate Lori who helped me out the second time and explained more about the service process and sent me notifications when the car was ready and all, she was a pleasure. More
My agent, Aaron was super awesome, efficient and smooth with the whole process and it was the first car I had ever bought at a dealership. I felt comfortable and not pressured to buy or anything which was with the whole process and it was the first car I had ever bought at a dealership.
