There is a couple of reasons why I would not recommend the center, starting off with the lines. I understand with COVID the whole situation on lines changed with the spacing and all but there is no way to the center, starting off with the lines. The first time I got there, there were no signs on where to park or where to stand for help, only if you were there for someone specific. Don’t get me wrong, I understand they’re busy but someone stood by the door next to me and was attended first because there was no order. Second off, the first appointment I made I told them I wanted to do a regular oil change and service as well as get my camera recalibrated. They told me over the phone and when I went in that they would look into it but it wasn’t until I got my keys back that they told me it would have been impossible to do it that day and that it would be an appointment I would have to set up separately?? Lastly, I appreciate the service department and I don’t mean to say that it is in any way their fault, I’m sure they’re overworked as everyone has been since the pandemic started, but both times I went to pick up my car they handed me the keys and told me to look for it in the parking lot. One of the times I had to go all the way to the back where the cars were being serviced to get to my car. The first time it was no issue since I saw they were busy but when I went again I saw other people have their cars pulled up and were getting helped more courteously and I felt pushed aside. I do appreciate Lori who helped me out the second time and explained more about the service process and sent me notifications when the car was ready and all, she was a pleasure. More
