It felt disorganized it was better the last time I came in. I wasn’t greeted or told where to go. a woman came in after me and it felt like she cut in line, But she haf just gone out to get something and in. It was very awkwark and would have helped if I just knew. I waited for some time to get help, which is okay, but wasn’t told anything. When my car was finished I wasn’t told where to pick it up. In mist places your car is driven back to the area where you wait. The person helping didn’t say anything about going where it was parked out of my line if sight. I appreciate how hard people work and know employees have bad days. It was just not good customer service at all. And not good communication. More
