AJ made the lease trade in process as quick and painless as possible. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and when they didn't have a car on site they sent out for one and gave me a nice loaner u as possible. My out of the way and far away house. I was in a lot of pain and quite bummed I wasn't able to make it in so I was incredible greatful he was able to deliver it. He was very kind and made a usually painful process not so painful. Even with some paperwork that needs to redone, they offered to bring it to my home since I restarted work after Thanksgiving break.
