After I made a long trip with the HRV, I returned to have it looked over to ensure everything was good, and Mike was the person in the service department who assisted me. He answered all the questions I posed and ensured I had a clear understanding of the wait time. He contacted me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick-up and had it parked in an easy to find spot to which he guided me when I returned.
