I feel I received a good deal on my trade in as well as my purchase. With that said I feel the sales staff cannot be educated on all makes of vehicles. This leaves the purchaser with a lot of work to do tr my purchase. With that said I feel the sales staff cannot be educated on all makes of vehicles. This leaves the purchaser with a lot of work to do trying to get answers on vehicle operation. I believe all vehicles should be detailed inside and out prior to sale, mine was not. Sticky steering wheel should have been my first clue. I feel each vehicle should have a safety test and updated service performed prior to sale. I had to wait for my vehicle to be serviced and I never received a detailed report on the vehicles status. I’m sure it was performed but a written report goes a lot further then a green sticker on the windshield. I have to take it to a dealership to get this report so I have a basis to start with. Finance was comfortable and easy and believe it or not the best part of purchasing experience. Over all I believe purchasing a new vehicle may be this companies strength, Beware of used car pushers. Make sure your car is clean, get all your questions about your vehicles operation, even if it takes all day, and demand a written inspection And service report in writing. More
