This was probably the worse experience I had with manly. I’m my first appointment was scheduled last weekend and I self check in not knowing I still had to check in. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I finally asked for an update on my car. Since I didn’t check in my car was not service. And needed to reschedule since I too had plans. I was annoyed because the car was sitting in the service drive way for 2 1/2 hours and it didn’t occur to anyone to check the waiting room to see If anyone needed to check in. Knowing there is and ongoing issues with the self checkin. I returned yesterday to get my routine oil change and flat repairs, didn’t even notice I got a flat.( my air pressure light comes on when I hit a big pot hole) my advisor was trying to be helpful. She seems stressed I explain what had happened las weekend and she too apologize and wanted me to get my car service as quickly as possible. It didn’t happen I was told it would take long than my promised time. I left with a rental. It did put a dent in my afternoon knowing I was on a time restricted too. I left to the coast not knowing there’s would be additional problems with the car. ( no reception either) I called once I got phone service but but my advisor was still helping a costumer and told the receptionist that I got the messages and I was fine with replacing the damage tire. She insisted I waited for her she really wanted to talk. After 10 minutes on hold I was just 5 minutes away. When I got back I was told it was too late to change the tire and I needed to come back another day along with a couple of filters replaced was recommended. I was told it would take 3 hours this point I was truly disappointed. I understand they need a consent for the new Tire but the could have put my spare on instead. Instead they let me leave with the flat, putting myself and the kids I had with me in danger. I did get my tire replaced today elsewhere in less than 30Minutes and he even explain to me why the flat couldn’t be repaired. After the remodel the service has not been the same. Yes I would like a follow to my experience because no one should he treated like this. More

I never felt pressured or uncomfortable which was extremely important in this process. Javier gave me options and answered all my questions. After I made my selection, Joshua assisted me in finance. He was friendly and provided me with options that made sense. He didn’t pressure me or overwhelm me with information. Overall it was a great experience. This review is for the service department- phone staff was helpful at setting up my appointment and order the parts for a trailer hitch on my Honda Odyssey. The appointment was made for a Friday at 12 as I had a camping trip scheduled for Monday and needed the hitch. Because I live almost an hour away, I called to confirm the appointment Friday morning and confirm the parts had arrived. I talked to Jesus in service who both confirmed the appointment and the arrival of the parts. I drive the hour to the service department and Mark is my service agent , takes him a while to check in the vehicle. Then he asks me, “So when is this camping trip?” I reply that it’s Monday. He then acts as if I’ve really put the stress on him to get this install complete. Um, yeah- I have an appointment! Never have I dropped off my car to an appointment where the service just might get done... anyway, I leave the car- drive an hour home only to get a call from Mark that they won’t be able to get the hitch installed today. I have to drive an hour back to get the car with no completed service and have to cancel my trip on Monday. I’ve never encountered”disservice “ like this before. I will not return to Manly and will instead go to Kastner in Napa from now on. More
