I went to Manly because my room-mate bought an 2016 Hyundai Accent. So I’ve been looking for the past two months for a used car with low miles. Low and behold, found a 2019 Hyundai Elantra with 13,200 miles on it. Walked in and Tom Haidet greeted me at the door. I showed him the stock number I had on my phone and wanted to look at it. We went for a test drive and was very pleased with it. Two hours later, I was driving basically a brand new car home. They made my visit very pleasurable, and painless. Great experience! I had an excellent experience at Manly Honda. I set an appointment with their sales staff and requested to see two specific vehicles. When I arrived I had an excellent experience at Manly Honda. I set an appointment with their sales staff and requested to see two specific vehicles. When I arrived the representative I was scheduled to see was busy, but I was provided with another representative and he immediately presented the vehicles I was interested in, allowed me test drives, provided much information and I found the vehicle I wanted. The salesman then began the process, getting my own car assessed for trade value and started my purchasing process. The process flowed very well and fairly quickly, taking maybe 3 hours overall, which in the current pandemic I felt was awesome. Then I was turned over to the finance specialist and he was spectacular, Joshua Fineberg. He was quick, informative and didn't waste my time, doing what he needed to do, but with courtesy, consideration and professionalism. He was the best finance person I have ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. My overall experience was great! Which was consistent with my expectations, as I bought a car ten years prior at Manly. I was treated well then too. I highly recommend this dealership! More
