I am so sorry about your less than five star experience with our Honda dealership. As the first Honda Car dealership in America opening in 1970 our team has always been proud of the depth of our owner base and our successful goal of making our customers happy with their sales and service experience. We all work hard to have a 5 star rating but sometimes we miss the mark and for that you have my apologizes since we obviously missed the mark by quite a bit. I am sorry we let you down. As you might see if you look at the over 5000 reviews for Manly Honda most of our customers are very satisfied with us and we work hard for those with issues to earn a better rating. Wither it's a $30,000 car investment or a $30.00 part from our parts department we work hard at training our team members to be respectful and honest. I'm again sorry that we only measured up to a 1 star dealer for you but am most sorry that you have negative feelings about doing business with our team. It isnt fair to include Abraham in that complete review- most of that experience was with Alex. However, several weeks ago we did test drive and were in contact with Abraham. The experience wasn't quite as horrible- however he was truly NOT knowledgeable what so ever. The probability of coming home and purchasing the vehicle last night was very high- but Alex just killed it. I don't know if there is any way to repair the damage done...unsure on that. But extensive training for your sales staff is recommended for sure! I would have loved to do business with your dealership.

Hi, I am at work right now for the next several hours, unable to make a personal call. The name was Alex Kuhla, I believe. That is at least who replied via e-mail yesterday to my inquiries. He used to be a chef, and an EMT. Likes to hike Yosemite, and play with a 3D printer... I could tell you far more about him, then the vehicle. If he would have taken a minute to settle down, stop talking about him self for 3 minutes and just been a PROFESSIONAL, I would have a new car and you would of had another sale.
