I was lucky to have Dave as my service advisor. He was prompt, friendly, and made me feel welcomed. He provided thorough service upon drop off, by phone, and at pickup. The only downside to my service at Manly Honda is receiving a text message survey regarding my past service so late at night. I would prefer to only receive text message surveys 10-8pm. Or by email. Decent. But after 6days the car broke down. When I told them about it. The car salesman sent me a pic of the as is sign that goes on the car. RUDE! (Update) But after 6days the car broke down. Tom gave me a call right away and made things right. Tom made me fell like part of the Manly Family. I now see that they do care about there customers.
