This place is the epitome of the bad used car lot with salesmen to match. Want proof? Go there after sunset. They will have you go to a dimly lit lot & the only way you can check over the car is by using salesmen to match. Want proof? Go there after sunset. They will have you go to a dimly lit lot & the only way you can check over the car is by using your phone flashlight. If you’re lucky, maybe the sales person will help. Next door is a BRIGHTLY lit new car lot, but customers buying used cars aren’t that valued. Additional proof? They won’t negotiate, even with a full cash paying customer. Then they will give you a piece of paper to justify their actions, which contains a lie. My daughter was in an accident & needed a car ASAP. There was a fully loaded 2017 Odyssey in Davis with $60K miles for the exact price as the Manly 2016 Odyssey with 54K miles that was not fully loaded. I agree, they’re pretty even. Davis offered $20K out the door. My daughter preferred the Manly car even though it wasn’t fully loaded. It had a few less minor scratches & a better color scheme. I offered them $20K, they said no. They wouldn’t even credit us the $80 processing fee. I have never heard of this from ANY dealer. I wanted to walk, but my daughter really wanted this car. We went in to finalize. They gave us a piece of paper that showed the KBB for the max value of the car saying that’s what they paid. If that’s the case, then they’d be out of business. NO used car dealer pays that price. They pay the trade in price! Clearly they think we are idiots. This price was over $3K less then what they lied to us about. I have a chronic cough. Understandably, they were uncomfortable with me in the showroom. There wasn’t anyone else & they did have the plastic window, but I get it. They offered us the option to charge $2,500 to my credit card, then drop off the car the next day & pick up the cashier’s check. Fine. I just asked them to call us when they leave so I can leave work & get the check from my bank. We live about 1.5 hrs. away so I had plenty of time. They said they weren’t sure of the time, they’d have to find a driver in the morning. Next AFTERNOON, the text my daughter & say they want a copy of the cashier’s check before scheduling anything. I called to make sure there wasn’t any additional surprises. That’s when I was informed that they did not know when they could deliver the car. Could be a week from now. At my irritation the salesman (Greg) said if I don’t like it I can just cancel the deal. Really?! You mean after we paid & passed on the other cars? We needed one ASAP, he knew it so he used it against us. We ended up having to drive all the way back to pick it up. Then they “pretended” to care. Offering us a “reduced” warranty. Um, no. Do NOT take any warranty offer. You can go to another Honda dealership & get the same or better price closer to your house. Although you really shouldn’t get them in any case. Take the $2-$3K they’re lying their butts off to get & put it in a savings account or 6 mo CD. If your car is totaled for any reason, then you lost that money. $20K is a base new car, I paid it out cash & this is how we were treated? I will NEVER go back to this bottom feeder dealership. They will mess you over any & every way possible. Research & verify, because they lie, lie, lie. No wonder they have 2.5 stars. I can’t believe it’s even that high. More

Honestly the best car buying experience I have had, even amongst the Manly dealership "family". The process was straightforward, no pressure even in the Finance & Insurance portion of the sale. I have been going to this dealership for a while and never had an issue. Went this year and due to the pandemic I understand all protocols but lacking the service I paid for issues still remained before never had an issue. Went this year and due to the pandemic I understand all protocols but lacking the service I paid for issues still remained before and after I received vehicle sales representative was spoken to after too. I rather speak to a hand on technician due to communication issues. I was satisfied by Another sales rep for stepping in to resolve issue. More
I brought in my 2014 Honda Pilot for 120K service. I was really impressed with the COVID 19 set up, and how well the process worked getting us in. Ron helped get us through the fine points and Denise (I bel really impressed with the COVID 19 set up, and how well the process worked getting us in. Ron helped get us through the fine points and Denise (I believe it was Denise) got us our rental car. Usually Jennifer handles it at the desk, and does a great job juggling cars, people, mileage, etc., so I was impressed how well Manly had it all together. They kept our car over night and Saturday 11/7 we came back in about 2 pm or so to pick up. - Here's where I'd suggest some improvements - 1. There were no Manly employees in the drive up area and 2 other people were waiting who hadn't spoken to anyone yet either. Same set up as Friday - one table for drop off/registration and one for Rental car pickup and, apparently service pickup too. **** I'd suggest changing the sign to include BOTH Rental and Service pickup - otherwise it seems like the one table on the left is the one to stand at. Both people before us were unsure of what to do too, I knocked on the window and saw Ron was seated working and apparently he and one other person were the only ones working that I saw. **** While I was waiting about 15 minutes the Service dep't took the rental car and drove it away. I guess it was them, it looked like an employee. As they got in I said I was returning it and they drove it away. This became an issue later, as Ron had no idea I'd returned it. He was gracious, and I signed on the form he had I'd returned it but no one did a walk around or check up of the condition. I had filled it up and had a receipt for it, but the car was already gone and parked. This happened once before during normal years, pre-COVID 19, in the hustle of a lot of customers driving up and out and Jennifer handled it graciously although it puts the Rental car associate in a difficult position, I'd assume, but again - they handle it all well. Id suggest a procedure that gets the car checked in and looked at before it gets driven away. I know it gets very busy there so I'm not sure what's practical. Saturday it wasn't busy. **** After we drove away up the road I saw the rear wiper blade sticking up - I went to put it back in place and it fell off, looked like the bracket holding it on had broken and fallen off. At first I thought the car hadn't been through the car wash, which Manly always does but after looking closer after I called Ron, it may have been but the windows were still pretty dirty. I wasn't real happy, mostly because I hadn't had anyone do a walk around with it and go over the work done, at the car, which we can usually do when it's pulled up. Again - Ron was very kind and attentive and deserves 5 stars but he appeared alone and juggling a lot at once. When I called back he said they'd make it right, he'd note it in the record, and Manly would repair it as soon as I could get back in. Overall - excellent people and our Pilot is still running like a top. More

My service advisor was thorough and polite. I was glad to be able to change my mind and get a ride home from my spouse as the appointment took longer than the estimate. When I arrived at the estimated time I be able to change my mind and get a ride home from my spouse as the appointment took longer than the estimate. When I arrived at the estimated time I had to wait approximately three-quarters of an hour. Also, while the advisor did wear a mask, it often fell below his nose so it was not as effective as it might have been. More
Altho the service area was busy, we arrived at our appointment time and were taken care of quickly and pleasantly. We requested & received a loaner vehicle and left the service area to run some errands. We returned a couple of hours later, turned in our loaner, and waited for about another hour and soon our car was ready. The recall issue had been taken care of, and the car had been checked over. Everyone seemed busy but also pleasant and helpful; the two people we had most interaction with and deserve credit were our service advisor, Jesus Jimenez, and Denise Rice. Thank you, Manly Honda. I took my car in for a recall to get the fuel pump fixed. Got it done quick no problem. I have the car back for maybe not even a month and it shuts down on my while I’m driving. Had to pay to get the car tow Got it done quick no problem. I have the car back for maybe not even a month and it shuts down on my while I’m driving. Had to pay to get the car towed away somewhere safe. I call you guys to see what’s wrong. You guys fix the problem but turns out the problem was the same problem I brought my car in for the recall the first time. Not only did I have to bring my car in twice to get the same thing fixed, i also got all my gas taken out which was almost full tank. I get the car back with 1 gallon. Not only did I have to get my car towed, I also got my gas drained for something that should have been fixed the first time I brought it back. I wouldn’t be as upset if my car got properly taken care of the first time I took it for the recall. More
