Great Dealership and Awesome Service Overall, I had a really good experience purchasing a used vehicle from Manly. Javier was great with his professionalism and communication. He made us feel comfortable during the whole process and I would highly recommend him. The two things that diminished this experience and from being perfect was the time with the financial advisor and waiting for the temporary plates. I felt that the financial advisor was a bit impatient and aggressive. It might have been a busy day or he may be having a bad day but it was a different ambience than dealing with the other financial advisor we met during our first visit. I felt rushed and he was very aggressive with the packages/options/signage as I was trying to read the contracts and options thoroughly. With a condescending personality, it wasn't pleasant when I declined a few options and ask questions regarding different interests rates. As a consumer, we aren't obligated to buy anything in addition to the vehicle.... so don't try to belittle us when we kindly decline additional services. That sense of entitlement can be toxic when you are trying to sell a product. The second incident was out of your control since the computers went down. I get it but we waited almost 2 hours after signing the contract. We were first told it would be 15 mins, then 30 minutes, then we could have written it out on a piece of paper / glued it to a license plate, and then 2 more times of a 20-minute wait. I wished they would have just said come back in 2 hours..... I also asked if it would be legal to drive off the lot with the written license number and the individual responded back in " It'll be ok... just don't get pulled over". That was not professional and liability for your employees to tell us that. More

My past written poor reviews in surveys of Manly Honda Service were not because of the Service Advisors; each of them were GREAT!!! I wasn't told that anything negative on surveys is reflected on the Service Advisor. My poor experiences have been with the appointment/customer service desk. They didn't call me back on three separate service occasions when I left a message as directed. The women who made my appointments and greeted customers at the desk did not provide me with a positive, pleasant, professional service and were borderline rude and aloof in my dealings with them. We were a fan of Manly Honda when we purchased a car from them years ago; however, we took the car to a very reputable private repair shop. Now I know why my husand made that decision. More
