Great service Recently had my Honda Fiti In for air conditioning checkup and brake service. After air conditioning was not getting cold on a trip I took the car to a local west county shop. The place said I needed almost $1,300 in repairs because they had to completely remove my dash. So I took the car to Manly Honda and was told only issue was very low coolant. Wish I had taken the car to Honda first. Manly staff were all courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and both air service and brake service were ready when promised. More

But After spending over $800 on new tires and over $1000 on maintenance a month ago, I was shocked to find my windshield covered with bird poop that was spread around by my wipers!! (I could have done that but did NOT want on my wipers). Bill had told me they would wash the car when I told him a bird had pooped on windshield the day before. My soninlaw tells me Manly always washes his car with service. Never mine and never vacuumed. This small courtesy would go a long way towards customer satisfaction. I also mention, my son in law was surprised my new tire rims were not cleaned either. More

This is the second time I have helped with the purchase of a new car for my friends Dorothy and Violet, both who are deaf so doing this on their own is a bit scary for them. The process was painless and in just over two hours they drove away with their new FIT (previous car was a Civic). We have done this on a lease again so they have full maintenance coverage that helps me know they most likely will not break down as often happened when they purchased much older used cars in the past. Dorothy drove all the way to work one day years ago with no tire, only the rim as she could not hear the noise from this. Thank you Cory and team for making this painless and a joyful visit. More
