Horrible service I dropped off my car at 11 AM for a specific service. I didn’t receive a call or email from them on any updates about my car. I went in at 4:20 the I dropped off my car at 11 AM for a specific service. I didn’t receive a call or email from them on any updates about my car. I went in at 4:20 the lady them then told me they couldn’t do the complementary oil service which I was OK with I told them I could just take it without that being done. As I was going to pay the lady told me there was a zero balance I then asked what about the specific service I took my car there for and she told me that they forgot to do it. I left my car there for over five hours for absolutely nothing to be done. I have never been to a company so unprofessional that they forgot to do the service which I scheduled the appointment for. So not only did they not do it they couldn’t care less that I was frustrated about it and booked my appointment multiple weeks ahead of time as it was my only day available to do it. I would never recommend this company and I already have a service appointment booked at another honda dealer More
