He arranged for Mandi to meet me early Tuesday AM so I wouldn't have to Cancel my appointments. Jose had all my paperwork ready to go to get me in and out. Thank you! Mandi and Jennifer provided amazing service. I was was pushed for time and because Jose had communicated the evening before, Mandi walked me over to Jennifer who quickly processed the rental paperwork. Thanks to them, I was 30 mins early. First Car Purchase - Best Experience Ever This was my first car purchase as an adult and I couldn't have had a better experience with Manly. I went in on a weekend curious on a specific model, This was my first car purchase as an adult and I couldn't have had a better experience with Manly. I went in on a weekend curious on a specific model, the HR-V, and let the sales rep I spoke with know what my budget was for a monthly payment. I worked with Gregory M., who is the special finance manager, and he knows what he is doing! I was able to get in and out of the lot in less than 30 minutes, with a completed test drive and a quote in hand, which allowed me to shop around a little bit more that day. I had a really bad experience at another dealership that day, which made me know I wanted to come back and get the car I did. Manly was nothing but professional, accommodating, and just overall really nice people. I felt very taken care of, and I'm excited I got the warranty so I have an excuse to go back :) More

My current car had other plans when the transmission decided to go. I want to give a huge shout out to Jesse and Alex. Thank them for their patience and concerns with helping me get into the right car for my budget and circumstances. Went above and beyond and all awhile with a genuine smile on their faces. Helpful and knowledge. Not first time working with Jesse, nor last. Has helped many a family member get into cars as well. Thank you!!! Now back to more important things that need my attention.... Good routine service appointment Outside of the fact that no one greeted (or even noticed) me for more than 5 minutes after I walked into the service department for a scheduled servic Outside of the fact that no one greeted (or even noticed) me for more than 5 minutes after I walked into the service department for a scheduled service appointment, things went slowly but well after I was told to find "Sally with the Clipboard" and check in with her. Routine 10,000 mile service on my Accord Touring was confirmed 20 minutes later with an assigned service advisor, then accomplished while I waited. Good work, well documented. It took a while for Honda Link to catch up with what had been done, but by evening it was current. More
