Scott helped me in a tight situation My engine light came on while I was on a Saturday drive to the town of Sonoma. I called and Scott gave me advice on whether or not to keep driving. My engine light came on while I was on a Saturday drive to the town of Sonoma. I called and Scott gave me advice on whether or not to keep driving. I followed his advice and brought the car directly to Manly. Even though it was near closing on Saturday, he had the computer read, diagnosed the problem and got the part from the parts department. Then on Monday the repair was done in only one hour. This was all a big relief for me as I had to take my girlfriend to South San Francisco two days later for some serious previously scheduled medical treatment that took 3 days. I would have been in a real jam if my car wasn't available. Many thanks to Scott and the Manly Service guys!! More

All the paperwork was completed when we got there and made the entire experience so much faster than normal. Big kudos to Juan. He was helpful, humorous, and not pushy. Best Service EVER! I recently had a dead battery on my Accord and called early morning to see if I could get it serviced that day. Dave Ashby, Service Advisor, took my I recently had a dead battery on my Accord and called early morning to see if I could get it serviced that day. Dave Ashby, Service Advisor, took my call and say that they were heavily booked that morning but he could give me an early afternoon appointment. I asked that since I had to jump start it with my other car, would it be OK if I came in in the morning and I'd be happy to wait until the appointment time to have it looked at. Dave said sure. I think I arrived about 10 am and within about an hour and a half, or less, Dave and your tech team had my car completely assessed and running and complete, AT NO CHARGE! And it was all done at least a couple of hours BEFORE my appointment time. Dave explained that my battery passed all tests and was good to go. The probable culprit was me have all doors open for an extended cleaning period the prior day. Dave and team are the BEST with their stellar service! Also worth mentioning, on a previous service visit, I think it was Carlos Martinez, Service Advisor, that also provided superb, 5 Star service. Great Thanks to All! More
