He kept me informed throughout the day as to what more serivce they found my car needed. There was no pressure to accept additional services. I felt he let the facts speak for themselves. Jose was great and I really appreciated his help. I am still furious with Honda. However Jose help made this snafu a little bit more tolerable. I would suggest you give him a raise or promotion for his skill in handling this situation. The reason I have been buying Honda’s over last 30 years+ is reliability. What happened? Without Jose help my next would be a Toyota. Because of Jose help it’s a toss up. Still pissed. More

I wasn't even at the dealership on the date noted in the email that i allegedly declined that servive. When I called to find out more on this email I got a complete Run Around by at least 10 employees stating they would help me out , took my number and not once did I get a response. I finally got ahold of a manager. The Manager and secretary I spoke with were the only two that actually helped me after 2 days of trying to get ahold of someone that actually do something. I reccomend having a good discussion with all staff..I felt as though the professionalism was severely lacking at this facility. More
