Santiago was great! I purchased my van used from this dealership (about 10mo ago), and I decided to come in for an oil change and tire rotation. Santiago was kind, professional, and put me at ease. He took the time to educate me about what maintenance would be recommended. I explained which items I wanted done today, and he made me a list of 'to-dos' for my next visit. He also ordered an Uber ride for me to go back to wait at home while they did the work. There was also a nice guy who greeted me when I arrived and he helped me take off the license plate cover and he replaced my registration sticker for me. I hope we will have the carwash running soon, as my old Saturn dealer used to add a car wash and detail to every oil change! More

They care Brought my car for oil change and tire rotation, the next day my tire pressure light went on, so I have to bring it back there to have them check my t Brought my car for oil change and tire rotation, the next day my tire pressure light went on, so I have to bring it back there to have them check my tire. Took them 3 hours to do the tire and I missed my class. The next day the tire pressure light went on again.....I had to take it to American tire they fixed it in half an hour. But after they found out I am not happy with the service they care about my experience and called me ask me what can they do to help. More

This time, I brought my laptop in with me so that I could wait for the service to be completed. The customer lounge is very comfortable with ample seating areas, electrical outlets, small personal tables for your laptop etc. They offer complimentary warm beverages as well as cookies and granola bars. My car was finished within the estimated time at the estimated cost. As usual, it was a great visit! More

She quoted me the best price of any dealer around (and I wasn't haggling), went over all the features of the car (she really knew her stuff), and saw to it that the deal was completed in the shortest amount of time. When I signed the contract, Began Roohian had all the papers ready for me.. It was all so easy, plus I love the Honda EXL Accord that I just drove home. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. My husband will be leasing his next Honda with Svetlana. She is the best car sales rep I've ever met. More
