I watch other people wait in frustration.The actual service seems fine, and I give 5 stars to Jose Rocha, who handled my service when I went up to him in frustration to find out why no one had called me. When I wrote a letter of complaint, it was clear they were not interested in changing this approach. Instead, I was told to connect with a certain person to get special treatment. No one should get special treatment. I also learned about a pickup and delivery service, which no one told me about all these times since I bought the car. More
Good Experience with Bill Bill was informative and kept me in the loop after dropping my 2017 Honda Accord Sport off for issues that I was having with my two front wheels. He informed me that the problem is one that has been posted to the Honda Bulletin and they’re still searching for a fix. Fabulous Buying Experience! I never would have thought that I would describe purchasing a new car as a "fabulous buying experience." But it was. I had considered another brand I never would have thought that I would describe purchasing a new car as a "fabulous buying experience." But it was. I had considered another brand of vehicle and had a poor experience with their sales staff. So I did some more research on makes and models and decided to consider a Honda. Based on my previous good experience with Manly Honda's superior service department, I decided to try Manly. I certainly am pleased that I did. Alexis Perez showed me the car I wanted to see. He ably answered all of my questions. I hadn't planned on purchasing that day, but after we discussed pricing and my trade in, I decided to go ahead with the purchase that day. I even had some brief interactions with some of the other sales people and Alexis's manager while I was waiting for quotes. All of those interactions were quite positive, too. Dave Sambad was my finance person and walked me through the paperwork, carefully and fully explaining all the terms. Then it was back to Alexis and a run through of the car's systems and setting up a number of options. I left with a smile on my face and the car I wanted. And have been able to amaze all of my friends with what a truly remarkable experience I had. I highly recommend Manly Honda if you are in the market for a new car. More

In contacting two of the dealerships, I found the personnel to be slow in responding, uninformed of their inventory and not open to negotiation. In connecting with Nate, I found a person that appreciated my interest in the vehicle and was extremely interested in my business. Nate went above and beyond to secure my vehicle and earn my business. I have found everyone that I have spoken with at Manly Honda to be sincere, dedicated and professional in their positions. My vehicle was delivered to me at my home and the condition of the vehicle was above my expectations, kuddo's to your used car and service departments.
