I was very happy with the customer service that Lori provided and was willing to look past the fact that it took my car over a month to be fixed. Supply chain issues are a real problem at the moment. I was able to receive a loaner vehicle during that time, which helped tremendously. However, while I was at the service center, I noticed some real issues with the upper management yelling at their new employees in front of customers. This type of business in unprofessional no matter how well the employee is performing. I suggest that Denise take some management training classes and learn how to talk more appropriately to her employees. Lori was great though! More

got everything we needed fixed, only problem we had was that we couldn't get the maintenance schedule for the car, which is important because the warranty is only valid if the car is maintained. The customer service was excellent. Things covered under the warranty were taken care of and appreciated having a free rental car. But the mechanic did not fix the issue with the rotors Things covered under the warranty were taken care of and appreciated having a free rental car. But the mechanic did not fix the issue with the rotors or communicate that I could choose to replace rather than resurface. I wasn’t satisfied with their solution to give me a free inspection. I will have to get the job done right elsewhere. More
