I ordered parts to repair the seatbelt on my 2003 Element. When I went to pick it up the gentleman informed me they were covered under lifetime warranty and got me in to have the part installed at no Element. When I went to pick it up the gentleman informed me they were covered under lifetime warranty and got me in to have the part installed at no charge 2 days later. Such a great experience.
