Despite having an appointment expect to wait 20-30 minutes to get checked in. That was my experience. The staff was friendly but the place felt chaotic and disorganized. When I picked up my car the co minutes to get checked in. That was my experience. The staff was friendly but the place felt chaotic and disorganized. When I picked up my car the contents of my glove compartment were spilled and left on the passenger floor and various screws and tools were left in my console. They did wash my car and give me a free Lyft ride but overall I was left with an impression of unprofessionalism. More

From the sales to the service department, I've never had such great service from an auto dealer before. I brought my Civic in for it's first service and it was wrapped up when the said it would be, and they such great service from an auto dealer before.
