Manly Honda - Service Center

Manly Honda Service Center is well equipped with both mechanics and staff. When you enter the building you are greeted warmly. The service writers (Lori, and America) are terrific and explain everythin mechanics and staff. When you enter the building you are greeted warmly. Repair/maintenance was fine. Issue was with my credit. An invoice was listed that I never received which as more than the actual repair. $170 for a few minutes work figuring out Issue was with my credit. Never got the invoice for that. Then, the invoices were totaled incorrectly which my service person (forgot his name) discovered and corrected. Credit is gone so won't have to deal with that again. Changing service databases should have never thrown away the history. Only being able to go back 2 years is unprofessional and bad database management. More
