It took me almost 2 weeks to get an appointment for a basic B1 service. When I told the very nice rep that I would wait for the car, I was asked if I had reserved that when I booked the appointment. I was not asked that when I made the appointment by phone. I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours for the service. That's long to start with (in my exp.). It used to be an hour. Then I was called and advised that my tires needed replacing. I agreed to that but not a recommendation to replace my battery. The car is 3 years old. That's a surprise. I brought the car in at 9 am. By 12:30 pm, after a 3.5 hour wait, I said I'd forgo the car being washed so I could finally leave. When I got home an looked at my car, the wheels had cream colored material half wiped off the tires, but grease and the material smeared on the edges and different parts of the wheels. I realize that I said I did not need the car washed, but the dirty tires and wheels surprised me. I have bought 3 cars from Manly and had them serviced there for years. This experience was a bit frustrating. Not criticism - but disappointing. More

STRESS FREE....that's the way I feel about using Manly Honda for my car. I've been there twice in the last couple of months about a tire leaking & both were above excellent.
