Great I was able to rent the hybrid that I have been talking to Dan Thompson about for a friend. So appreciated the extra steps the dealer has taken to keen everyone safe.....and best of all y car was washed. More

Performance needs to be improve they need to put more staff to assist you, some other dealership as soon u step down someone will come and assist you, at manly honda nothing waiting seating in my car wai staff to assist you, some other dealership as soon u step down someone will come and assist you, at manly honda nothing waiting seating in my car waiting for 20 minutes no one comes until i decided to get inside and asked i book my appointment and im been waiting no one approach me or help. Thats why needs more improvement even staff , did not know how to greet or say how you doing or someone help none. So poor.customer service you can see some other just standing and ignore they suppose happy serving us customer with happy day .
