Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They are following covid distancing and mask regulations. If waiting they have a pleasant clean waiting area. The staff weren’t very friendly except the girl who greeted me when I came to drop off my car. I was under the impression my car wasn’t ready when they said I’d be and I had to just show up to find out greeted me when I came to drop off my car. The service person Jesus said about 4:45 pm and at 5:15 I got concerned they’d be closing. So I showed up and my car was ready. No one ever let me know. I think communicating delays would be helpful and courteous. Or even letting customers know their cars are actually ready. More
