Not enough information I took my car in for the gas door not opening. I was left a message saying that the car was ready. When I went to pick it up I was left waiting for ov I took my car in for the gas door not opening. I was left a message saying that the car was ready. When I went to pick it up I was left waiting for over 90 minutes. When I asked about my car again after waiting for so long I was told that the car was not ready and was waiting for a part. When leaving messages they need to be more clear as to what is happening. More

Dear Nick, With this e-mail I would like to compliment one of your employees, Service Advisor, Chris Grate for the excellent service that he has provided me in the last week. Chris went above and beyond to help me with a major and unfortunate car issue that I had. He has been such a great help to me since the moment that I walked into Manly Honda. On Thursday September 26th on my way to work from Willits, my 2016 Honda HRV mechanically crashed. I had my vehicle towed to Manly and was quickly introduced to Chris. From the moment he was assigned to assist me, he went above and beyond to help me in any way possible and to accommodate me and make my situation less stressful. Chris’s professionalism, attentiveness, communication and overall kindness exceeded my expectations and he quickly put my mind at ease with what was a very stressful and upsetting ordeal. I have been very impressed with how he was able to provide a quick resolve and peace of mind. This type of customer service is rare to experience these days and I didn’t want it to go unnoticed by a very satisfied customer. What an asset to your company to have someone like Chris representing Honda. It’s obvious that he is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction and as a result you have a VERY LOYAL customer.
