Excellent Service Jennifer was extremely helpful in my situation. I had been hit with a flying metal box on the freeway and had to get new parts for the car. I was supposed to have the person pay you was responsible for this problem. I could not reach him at the time I had to pay. She suggested I try one of the dealership phones to reach him and I did right away. She was able to refund me my money and charge his creed card. I really appreciated her patience and taking the time to help me get this accomplished. I will continue to buy and service my cars at Manly because of people like her. Car would not start My car suddenly wouldn’t start (was working fine all day prior). I had to get a jump from the tow truck & was able to drive to the dealership. It was a Sunday afternoon so I had to leave the car overnight. The staff (Jacob) @ the dealership, helped me navigate this process & was extremely helpful (went above and beyond to help me). The service department (Chris) was in contact with me throughout the day & they diagnosed & fixed the problem by early afternoon the following day (Monday). More

Above and beyond! Had to bring my older Civic in for what I thought was transmission trouble; it turns out the computer had died, and I needed a loaner to tide me over. Bad Experience Car wouldn't start and when I brought it in they said they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I had left a door open which drained the battery Car wouldn't start and when I brought it in they said they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I had left a door open which drained the battery. Charged me for labor even though they didn't fix anything. Of course it happened again which meant I had to bring it back a second time and this time they replaced the battery. In their defense they didn't charge me for labor the second time but it was not a pleasant experience; service staff member was very defensive and couldn't seem to understand my frustration that they were unable to fix it the first time. More
