Clumsy and complicated start of service Unlike other places, where you walk up to a service person, Manly sends you to a reception desk. Then you wait to be called. I watch other people wait in frustration.The actual service seems fine, and I give 5 stars to Jose Rocha, who handled my service when I went up to him in frustration to find out why no one had called me. When I wrote a letter of complaint, it was clear they were not interested in changing this approach. Instead, I was told to connect with a certain person to get special treatment. No one should get special treatment. I also learned about a pickup and delivery service, which no one told me about all these times since I bought the car. More

Good Experience with Bill Bill was informative and kept me in the loop after dropping my 2017 Honda Accord Sport off for issues that I was having with my two front wheels. Altho they are a bit expensive I can always rest assured my car will come back properly repaired. My only complaint is they no longer wash the car after service. They used to. Something about water use.Toyota washes my Prius. Go figure! More
