Mandi was very accommodating, offering drinks and snacks to all of us who waited. She also told me about the Upgrade program. What an ingenious idea!! My car still feels like a baby and I’m not quite ready for a new one, but when I am, I’ll be coming in to Manly Honda! I’ll just make sure my car is due for a big service because she said that they would even pay for it if I Upgrade! Be ready Ted! You’re my guy to go to! More

Warranty up, not going back to dealer Took 2012 ridgeline in for service. Service advisor suggested to me I should get the 60k service even though my truck was on 55k Miles. I refused. I refused. he said if I get the service that day it will only cost me a bit over $550. But if I wait until 60k it will cost me $1200. I felt as if they use scare tactics to try to get you to purchase more service than needed. I was also told my car would be vacuumed after the service. It was not vaccummed- why offer if you don’t follow through. And the service advisor Jose is not good. I had Mike before he was much better. Before I would always rent a car while truck in service. This time I stayed and waited. Every service tech used scare tactics to convince each customer to purchase more than needed. They are in it for the money. I don’t trust them. Also, I went in for service in Dec. 2017. I rented a vehicle during service. I also purchased a new key. This key was not ever programmed. When I returned in June they reprogrammed the key, they did not offer me anything for my time and frustration. All they want is money money money. Good bye and good riddance. I’m going to a mechanic I can trust. And Brian you are correct, you can’t please everyone. Customers please note that the owner said nothing about the price increase for the same service between 55k and 60k service. So feel free to give the dealership extra money for nothing. I never heard of such a price increase for the same service if you do not get it today, it’s going to cost you $700 more in 5k miles. Can you explain this price increase sir? More
