Best customer service around I have been going to Manly for several years - I bought my car new there and I have continued to have all of my maintenance and repairs there. The consistent level of wonderful, personable customer service, combined with thorough explanations of what was going to happen with my car and the reliable repairs has made me a very loyal customer. Amazing kindness by Bill Robertson and Manley Honda Car dealerships are seldom associated with kindness and caring, but the service I received yesterday at Manly Honda actually left me choked up. I am a Car dealerships are seldom associated with kindness and caring, but the service I received yesterday at Manly Honda actually left me choked up. I am a disabled senior who drives a 2006 Odyssey. I love the car and it performs wonderfully, but does have quirks, one of which is a driver-side sliding door which doesn't work. After a stressful morning which included a visit to the doctor to discuss possible surgery , I took the car to a car wash, but in my upset mood, I forgot to tell them about the door. I got it back clean, but with a door that wouldn't close. I drove straight to Manly's where I was assigned to Service Advisor Bill Robertson, who listened sympathetically to my story. I explained that I needed to have whatever repair was needed done in the least expensive way possible.. He calmed me down and left to assess the damage. In a little while he was back and told me the door was closed. It still needed to have the original problem repaired, but the car was driveable and was the same as before, I was so thankful the repair was done quickly, and then I pulled out my wallet. And then Bill brought me nearly to tears, He told me there was no charge, and said if I decided to have the door repaired completely, just to bring it back to Manly. This would be amazing from almost any business, but this kindness was so unexpected from a car repair facility, I was floored. I have been telling everyone how thoughtful Bill Robertson and Manly are. I hope it makes people think of them for repairs. I know I will bring my car to them. More

Santiago Pizano was my person for today and he gave me all my options with prices and when I had told him I just wanted what I originally scheduled for he backed off. Having someone who gives you the options then respects your answer is really nice and not the norm anymore. If he had been too pushy I probably wouldn't have given Honda 5 stars. More
