always excellent service I have been going to Manly Honda for over 20 years. They consistently have excellent service. The office is clean, organized, and run efficiently. I have been going to Manly Honda for over 20 years. They consistently have excellent service. The office is clean, organized, and run efficiently. Most importantly, the service reps are always knowledgeable and friendly. Recently Manly stopped their van shuttle service. Now the customer can take uber or a car rental for free if we need a ride. I wondered how this would be, because I always liked the shuttle service a lot. Well, it went great. My service rep, Santiago, waited with me outside until the uber came, to be sure everything went right. I would recommend Manly to anyone looking for excellent service. More

I purchased the car and was going to have leather seats installed. I made my appointment and the day before my appointment my brother called me to tell me Honda called him looking for me. Now this is my issue. Honda called my brother who I had down as a personal reference. Not a co signer or anything like that. So my brother gets a call from Honda while he is at work because they needed to know what color leather I wanted. I was pretty irritated when my brother called me about this. I called Honda back and spoke with Tom. Tom said that Rosie had tried to get a hold of me. So define "try to get a hold of me?". I never received a call or a voice mail. I really don't think that they should have called my personal references to find out what color leather I wanted? That completely blows my mind. My brother should have never been called regarding that. Now a bigger issue sure, no problem. And to top if off, I picked my leather color the day I dropped off my car so why did they even call me if picking it the day of was an option? Or should I say call around to all of my references. Annoyed. More

A/C repair First trip was w/ not working A/C, recharged it, filled it a/c fluid with dye, couldn't find out what was wrong. 2nd trip: hole in the condenser. Had First trip was w/ not working A/C, recharged it, filled it a/c fluid with dye, couldn't find out what was wrong. 2nd trip: hole in the condenser. Had to order part. I live 90 min. away plus waiting time. I couldn't bring it back this time for almost 2 weeks, then we had a hot spell w/o my working a/c. Third time in, they gave me a loaner car for the 3 plus hour fix to fix it with a bill of $536. They took off a bit for parts and labor, $75, but had to be charged again for the A/C fluid, refrigerant that leaked out. I could have been loaned a loaner car between visits 2 and 3 so my car would have been ready for pick up when it was fixed. They could have gotten authorization to fix the car by phone. I wasted a lot of driving, 6 trips, over and back, 9 hours of driving plus, a lot of gas and waiting time. The service manager was very polite. It is so busy there, that there is sometimes quite a wait to see the service manager. Hire more. If you call to talk to a service manager when your car is not in the shop, they rarely return your call. I have tried 4 different times in the last 6 months leaving voicemails. More

Excellent Service, but one issue. We had our 2013 CR-V serviced. Our service writer, Dave Ashby, was knowledgeable and helpful. All work was completed on time. Unfortunately, the pass We had our 2013 CR-V serviced. Our service writer, Dave Ashby, was knowledgeable and helpful. All work was completed on time. Unfortunately, the passenger window was left open a couple of inches and left outside on the dealer lot overnight during a substantial rainstorm. When I came to pick up the car the following morning I noticed water in the car. I spoke with Dave and he sincerely apologized. He provided me with a loner car (a new CR-V) and kept my car. He had the car interior dried and then had had it detailed inside and out, even the engine compartment. This treatment is one of the reasons we keep coming to Manly Honda (we've been loyal Honda owners since 1983). Thank you Dave! Richard and Tina Johnsen More

Honesty is the best Policy Great honest dealership. Repairs were kept to exactly what was needed. We were greatly satisfied with the service we received for our 2010 Honda. Bill Robertson is what customer service should be! I am on a very limited income and have an older Honda Civic. I came to Manly because I like the car check that is included with the oil change. It h I am on a very limited income and have an older Honda Civic. I came to Manly because I like the car check that is included with the oil change. It helps me to feel safer and prepared. Plus, the service department, very nicely, helped me to locate coupons to be able afford the new prices for the oil change. This time the car came back from the check with a lot of items! Bill helped me to not only understand what and where was needing maintenance, but also sort out the order of importance, so I could budget and find a way to afford to care for my car as it is over 200,000 and I hope to have it for at least another 200,000. Also, as I am injured right now (broken foot and sprained knee) and cannot drive, Bill fielded a lot of phone calls with me as I struggled to get help to start bringing my car in for services; he, also, gave me tips when I arranged for AAA towing the car in and let me know when it arrived. Bill was gracious through everything and even took the time to talk with the mechanics and relay to me what was going on with my car. His level of service is what customer service should be... it was a breath of fresh air feeling my car and I mattered more than the money we would bring in (like Miracle on 34th street). Bill deserves recognition and a raise for a job very well done. BTW, the reason for a 4 in overall rating is the prices are more often than not too steep and upmarket for me. Other than that, all is really quite excellent. Thank you for listening! P.S. On the checks, I think the forms could be a little clearer on some of the details... Once, years ago, on one of the checks, I was given a green rating for my mirrors and I knew my passenger side one was broken and I was told they only check off if they are present... I was surprised... in any case it is what it was, but maybe there is a way to clarify what is a "presence check" vs. a function check like with the battery. Thanks! More
